For a tree to bear fruits, you have to water the roots. You can not bear fruits (holy blessings) unless you water your roots. We all have 3 roots of existence. The first root is The Soul Maker that gave the soul. The second root is your parents and the third root are your familial ancestors. We preach to devotees to worship The Soul Maker only and respect and pray for their parents and familial ancestors but cannot worship them.
